Our companions finally reach the "City of Splendor", but it appears hard times have found there way to Waterdeep. Tarat finds himself caught between the converging pasts of Coyn and Oran. What do these ruffians in the street have to do with Coyn? And will Oran ever be able to spill the beans about what's going on?
